Job Description

Position Objective:

Lead the Customer Growth pillar to drive client acquisition, conversion, engagement, and AUM growth through high-impact campaigns, programmes, partnerships, and events.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth Planning

  • Develop and execute an event-led customer growth roadmap aligned with the Company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify key event themes, target audience segments, and event formats based on market insights, customer behaviour, and data analytics.
  • Translate business growth priorities into event-driven OKRs and measurable outcomes across client acquisition, conversion, engagement, and AUM growth.
  • Explore innovative event concepts, strategic partnerships, and collaboration opportunities to expand market reach and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Investments, Product, and Marketing teams to design and deliver timely, relevant, and impactful events aligned with market opportunities and business priorities.

2. Acquisition & Conversion Campaigns

  • Develop and implement scalable event-led acquisition and conversion strategies to support business growth objectives.
  • Standardise flagship events to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency while tailoring segment-specific event strategies to optimise engagement and conversion.
  • Lead pre-event and post-event engagement strategies, including audience targeting, lead nurturing, follow-up activities, and conversion planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and scale event programmes that create new acquisition channels and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure effective lead management, pipeline progression, and conversion tracking.

3. Client Events & Experience Activation

  • Deliver exceptional event experiences by leveraging customer feedback, performance insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including concept development, content creation, speaker management, logistics coordination, vendor management, and budget control.
  • Provide creative direction on event branding, visuals, content, and overall experience design to ensure consistency with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Develop innovative client engagement initiatives that strengthen brand affinity, customer loyalty, and long-term relationships.

4. Data, Insights & Performance Management

  • Evaluate event effectiveness through key performance indicators such as conversion rates, lead quality, client acquisition, engagement levels, and AUM contribution.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise cost per lead (CPL), return on investment (ROI), and overall campaign performance.
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation based on performance data, business priorities, and expected returns.
  • Monitor budget utilisation and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales Heads and key stakeholders to track lead progression, pipeline quality, conversion outcomes, and business impact.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise audience targeting, event formats, customer journeys, and conversion strategies.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by Management to support evolving business needs and organisational objectives.
  • Travel domestically as required to support event execution, business development initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, customer behaviour, distribution channels, and sales processes, including lead management and conversion workflows.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in event marketing, campaign performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve event effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate strategies clearly and gain alignment from senior stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, insights-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Experience within the financial services, wealth management, asset management, banking, or investment industry would be an added advantage.
