Services include Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions. As a Manager, Fund Accounting, you will manage a Fund Accounting team ensuring accurate records, timely escalation of exceptions, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Responsible for daily management of operational team ensuring accurate and timely processing, reconciliation and valuation of inputs.Region & Working Hours Region: Europe Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 6:00pm/ 10:00am - 7:00pm/ 11:00am - 8:00pm/ 12:00pm - 9:00pm/ 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Flexibility Required)Responsibilities Be accountable for ongoing client satisfaction and act as point of contact for escalated issues. Deliver on operational effectiveness by managing team performance and providing improvement ideas. Manage risks by identifying potential issues and ensuring satisfactory audit results. Build a high-performance team through hiring, training, and development conduct performance reviews. Provide strong leadership and promote values and high-quality standards. Ensure all NAV production deliverables meet deadlines and SLA requirements.Requirements 100% Work In Office (WIO) @ Putrajaya (Work location/Office) Able to work in fast paced environment & culture Being resilient & Good stakeholder management Act as an independent governance unit reporting directly to the HOD (Head of Department) It is a sole-contributor role Strong stakeholder management skill to work with all parties to ensure full cooperation from the production teams Post-secondary education with accounting/finance concentration or equivalent. 5-8 years of experience in Fund Accounting/Derivatives and 5 years managing teams. Extensive financial industry experience with technical knowledge in Fund/Trust Services. Knowledge of Fund Industry, products, and Financial Markets NAV calculation and financial statements. Knowledgeable in regulatory environment and accounting standards (IFRS and local). Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.Requirements (Nice-to-have) Project management experience. VBA/Macro knowledge. Ability to cope with stress and pressure. Good networking and client relationship skills.
