Manager, Further Processing

• To plan, coordinate and organize required resources to meet planned production schedules.
• To ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers.
• To continuously review and monitor of operating results in order to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
• To ensure production yield and productivity are met with set target with minimum processing cost and timely corrective actions are taken as and when necessary.
• To maintain product standards through training, awareness programs and high level of housekeeping exercises.
• To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from production.
• To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Processing Engineering or related field preferred 
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in related industry.
