To plan, coordinate and organize required resources to meet planned production schedules.
To ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers.
To continuously review and monitor of operating results in order to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
To ensure production yield and productivity are met with set target with minimum processing cost and timely corrective actions are taken as and when necessary.
To maintain product standards through training, awareness programs and high level of housekeeping exercises.
To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from production.
To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Processing Engineering or related field preferred
Possess at least 5 years of experience in related industry.
