Job Description

Job Overview

Serves as central control point for Groupwide digital transformation initiatives. Role is accountable for endtoend programme governance, coordination, and oversight of multiple interrelated projects across Group.

This position provides a single consolidated view of programme and project delivery, budget utilisation, and CSFs to senior management, ensuring strategic alignment, disciplined execution, and benefits realisation.

In addition, role assumes Service Delivery Manager responsibility for Kingdee ERP platform, covering project delivery, service operations, change governance, budget tracking, CSF monitoring, and vendor performance management.

Job Responsibilities

Programme Governance (Group PMO)

Act as Programme Manager for Groupwide transformation initiatives, overseeing multiple interrelated projects.

Oversee endtoend project lifecycle across Group initiatives, from initiation to closure.

Consolidate and present a single, integrated view of programme and project status across Group, including progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and interproject impacts.

Project, Budget & CSF Consolidation

Consolidate programme and project delivery status across all Group initiatives for senior management and EXCO reporting.

Consolidate and track budgets across Group initiatives.

Provide early visibility of budget risks, cost overruns, funding gaps, and reprioritisation requirements

Consolidate and track programmelevel CSFs, benefits, and outcomes, ensuring alignment to approved business objectives and transformation goals.

Support benefits realisation tracking and postimplementation reviews.

Programme Reporting & Oversight

Support project managers in programme planning, execution, and issue resolution.

Ensure effective change control, scope management, and crossfunctional alignment.

Proactively escalate delivery, dependency, resource, or vendor risks with clear recommendations.

Service Delivery Management Kingdee ERP

Act as Service Delivery Manager for Kingdee ERP, covering both project delivery and steadystate operations.

Oversee Kingdeerelated projects, enhancements, and releases, ensuring alignment to programme priorities and business objectives.

Consolidate Kingdee project status, service performance, budget utilisation, and CSFs into a single management view.

Manage Kingdee vendors and partners, including SLA monitoring, performance reviews, issue escalation, and contractual governance.

Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities related to Kingdee.

Own Change Request (CR) lifecycle, including CR intake, impact assessment (scope, cost, timeline, risk), prioritisation, approval governance, and release planning.

Maintain a transparent CR backlog, delivery roadmap, and budget impact tracking.

Drive continuous service improvement, system optimisation, and user adoption for Kingdee ERP.

Other Duties

Coach and uplift project managers and delivery teams on programme management, governance discipline, and reporting standards.

Undertake other duties as assigned that are commensurate with role, seniority, and responsibilities of a Grouplevel Program Manager.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

710 years of experience in programme management, PMO, or technology delivery roles.

Proven experience managing enterpriselevel or Groupwide transformation programmes.

Strong exposure to technology budget management, programme governance, and senior management reporting.

Experience in ERP or core system service delivery (Kingdee experience is an advantage).
