OneCredit (One Future Solutions Sdn Bhd) is Malaysia's newest Credit Reporting Agency registered under the Ministry of Finance.

We compile and maintain individual and business credit information to generate reports and scores to help businesses and consumers manage risk, make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals.

Beyond that, we are an information services and technology company specialising in big data analytics, delivering data-driven insights that support decision making in government, businesses, and financial institutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead and strengthen the Company's HR function. This role is responsible for driving people strategies, building scalable HR frameworks and ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, playing a key role in shaping a high-performance and compliant organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Senior Management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters, including performance, engagement, and organisational development.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage salary benchmarking, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience in scaling HR functions in a growing organisation.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
