The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) delivers strategic HR support to leaders in attracting, acquiring, engaging and retaining the right talent to support the organisation goals and objectives.
This role act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, establishing performance excellence while enabling career development, internal mobility, and talent growth with targeted HR solutions.
What you will be doing :
- Manage end to end recruitment activities, develop effective network with talent in the marketplace to build pipeline for immediate and future needs.
- Act as Business Partner to the assigned business unit and deliver HR strategies/initiatives to support the business.
- Provide guidance and HR services support to the business, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, etc.
- Organize and deliver employer branding activities to manage and improve talent attraction, engagement and retention.
- Manage and constantly enhance on-boarding programs and conduct follow-up sessions periodically with new employees to engage and retain them.
- Coordinate and support training and development initiatives to ensure seamless executive and alignment with business needs.
- Manage employee relations, issue resolution, corrective action appropriately to minimize disruption to operations and potential risks.
- Consolidate and administer HR management reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist in implementing rewards & performance management initiatives, C&B strategy and planning by conducting market survey for the industry.
- Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for the long-term success of the organization in creating a high performing culture.

What we are looking for :
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience covering overall HR functions, especially in talent acquisition for senior hiring.
- Strong grasp of HR practices, employment law, and talent assessment tools.
- Proactive, collaborative, and meticulous.
