Must have:Strong execution capability with high attention to detail.Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.Retail, merchandising, or store operations experience.Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.Well organised, hands-on, and proactive in problem solving with strong ownership.Good to have:Experience in space planning, planogramming, or category management.Ability to manage multiple store projects (new store / revamp)simultaneously.Strong communication and presentation skills across functions.
