We are looking for a driven and hands-on Manager, Insurance Advisor to support and grow our Direct Closure (DC) bancassurance channel.
What You'll Do
Deliver Direct Closure (DC) channel APE sales targets
Motivate and support bank sales staff to achieve annual sales goals
Provide core insurance support including joint sales, coaching, role plays and industry updates
Work closely with Branch Managers to plan and execute branch sales activities, campaigns and product trainings
Coach bank sales staff to improve key performance drivers such as active ratio, conversion ratio, productivity and product holdings
Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines, best sales practices and quality servicing standards
Manage sales planning, forecasting and cross-selling initiatives with branch stakeholders
Build strong relationships with key business partner stakeholders
Support policy servicing enquiries, appeals, complaints and pending cases to ensure smooth processing
Monitor business persistency and customer service standards within the channel
Implement new distribution initiatives at branch level when required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in financial services
Strong understanding of insurance and banking products
Proven ability to drive sales performance in a branch or bancassurance environment
Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills
Good stakeholder management capabilities
Multi-lingual communication ability is an added advantage
Degree / Diploma / Certificate in any discipline
