Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Integral Life (IL) Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development and production support experience.
· Responsible for system solutions deliverable to support the initiatives.
· Analyse/Investigate business queries and provide solutions to business users
· Monitor and support production systems, including incident management and problem resolution.
· Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application.
· Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
· Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to Technology overall initiatives and goals.
Personal development is one of factors to be considered as well.
· Effective communication with team lead, other team members and business users to provide necessary support.
