Job Description
- Oversee the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management practices.
- Drive proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Review and update company policies in line with changing regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Manager, Internal Controls Should Have
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in risk management or internal controls within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in implementing internal controls and compliance programs.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to coordinate with various departments and manage a team.
