We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the health, stability, and future-readiness of our entire technology ecosystem. Your leadership will ensure our projects are delivered on time, our systems are secure and robust, and our team is empowered to achieve its full potential.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team, aligning their work with management expectations and strategic goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of all infrastructure projects, from planning to successful Go-Live.
- Ensure all projects are meticulously documented, adhering to our established project management methodology.
- Maintain the highest standards of system health and operational readiness, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.
- Strategize and implement robust cyber security solutions, staying ahead of emerging threats and continuously improving our defenses.
- Manage the departmental budget, ensuring responsible allocation and tracking of all expenditures.
- Engage with key vendors to secure the best partnerships and solutions for the organization.
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in any computer-related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in managing a team.
- A solid end to end IT Infrastructure & IT Technical knowledge and experiences.
- A proven track record of leading teams, driving organizational improvements, and getting hands-on to solve complex problems and stakeholder demands.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to quickly identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
- Certifications in Microsoft, networking, or cyber security are a significant advantage.
- Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
