Location: Kuala Lumpur

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile implementation, finance, and budgeting, ideally with some cybersecurity knowledge. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and facilitate Agile practices to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (AppSec, VM, IAM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and PM methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hybrid AgileWaterfall projects.
• Background in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
