Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ayer Hitam. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams to ensure efficient workflow, and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing production processes, implementing quality control measures, monitoring inventory management, and building strong internal and external relationships. The Manager will also play a vital role in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operational planning, production processes, and quality control protocols.
• Experience in inventory management, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute effective strategies to support business growth.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges.
