Your Mission

Internal Learning Academy (The Crest) Operations & Governance

  • Lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and governance framework of The Crest to ensure it serves as a central platform for learning across the Group.
  • Establish and maintain a clear governance framework, including programme approval processes, curriculum standards, faculty selection criteria, and learning quality benchmarks.

Develop & Drive Strategic Roadmap of The Crest

  • Ensuring alignment with Group business priorities, leadership capability frameworks, and future workforce needs.
  • Champion the internal learning academy brand and promote a strong learning culture across the organization.

Learning Content & Module Development

  • Overseeing learning modules for The Crest, ensuring content quality, relevance, and alignment with adult learning principles and organization values.

Trainer Pool Development

  • Identify, assess, and onboard internal trainers, subject-matter experts, and senior leaders to establish a sustainable, high-quality pool of trainers for the internal learning academy.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and senior leaders to co-create impactful learning experiences and secure buy-in for new initiatives.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for special projects, ensuring clear communication and successful execution aligned with Group L&D priorities.

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/any relevant discipline with at least 8 -10 years working experience in HR.
  • Preferred with at least a Certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience in dealing with operational HR and business landscape.
  • Experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in managing HR projects will be an added advantage.
  • Technical Competencies: Learning Design & Curriculum Development, Project Management, Programme Evaluation & Impact Analysis, Digital Learning Tools & Platforms, Stakeholder Engagement, Training Needs Analysis.
