Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard company interests.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support business units with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in legal practice and/or in-house legal roles.
  • Strong experience in litigation and corporate legal advisory.
  • Exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Previous experience in corporate or energy sector is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
