Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead integration and carve-out strategy and execution.
Manage standalone, synergy, IT, and commercial diligence projects.
Lead discussions with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.
Identify risks, quantify synergies, and develop value creation strategies.
Build and mentor deal teams.
Support business development and India platform growth.

Requirements:

Experience in consulting, M&A, or transaction advisory.
Strong team leadership and client management skills.
Strong financial and operational analysis skills.
Experience with private equity or cross-border engagements is preferred.
