Manager - Marketing & Communication (Data Governance and Management Analyst)

You will work closely with the Data Warehouse Team, IT Infrastructure Team and IT Security Team to implement the following tasks within Analytics Department: -

. Data Governance Project: Spearhead the planning and implementation of Data Governance, and Management Project initiatives.

. Data Insights: Execute data analytics-related Projects and Research to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

. Data Quality Management: Define and implement data quality standards, processes, and metrics to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

. Data Profiling Management: Perform data profiling and database structure research to understand relevant data elements, their definitions, and usage.

. Data Lineage: Implement data lineage tracking to understand the flow and transformation of data from source to destination.

. Data Access and Security: Define and enforce data access policies and controls to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

. Data Issue Management: Develop and implement a process for identifying, tracking, and resolving data issues and incidents.

. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT, and risk management to understand their data needs and challenges.

. Data Governance Council: Participate in data governance policy creation, management, and analyze the potential impacts of policy choices under consideration.

. Data Management: Maintain, review, and improve data marts and extraction scripts to create production efficiencies.
