Do you thrive on turning big ideas into viral, high-impact events
We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Event & Segment Marketing Specialist to join the bank. In this role, you'll be designing the future of experiential marketing whether it's an exclusive luxury showcase for elite clients or a high-energy community roadshow, you will be the creative brain behind it all.
You will own the event lifecycle across three distinct customer worlds, giving you a diverse marketing experience and portfolio:
HLB Private Bank: Conceptualize bespoke, ultra-exclusive experiences for high-net-worth individuals-think private art showcases, closed-door economic briefings, and luxury lifestyle partnerships.
HLB Priority : Design mid-to-large scale market outlooks and trendy lifestyle appreciation events for the mass affluent segment.
Mass Branch : Launch scalable, high-volume educational campaigns, interactive roadshows, and financial literacy activations across our branch network.
End-to-End Creative Ownership: Drive the entire event lifecycle-from brainstorming themes, scouting venues, and sourcing trendsetting speakers to directing creative design assets and digital invitations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Segment Heads, Product Specialists, and Relationship Managers to ensure events align with commercial targets and that customer follow-ups are seamlessly tracked.
Business Impact & ROI Tracking: Lead Generation & Conversion: Design event and partnership journeys specifically structured to capture new-to-bank (NTB) leads and drive assets under management (AUM) growth.
Data-Driven Insights: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for every initiative. Track and report on event attendance, partnership engagement, cost-per-lead, and eventual revenue conversion.
Education/Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related creative field.
Requirements:
Familiar with modern lifestyle trends, luxury experiences, high net worth affluent segment marketing campaigns and events
Solid background in event strategy, conceptualization, and end-to-end execution (logistics, coordination, and vendor management).
Familiar with best practices and trends in high net worth segment experiences and events.
Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills.
