Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead and drive marketing merchandise portfolio under Pride to support non-fare revenue objectives. This role ensures strategic planning, execution, and commercialisation of merchandise initiatives and meet the target set yearly.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Merchandise Strategy

Develop and oversee the merchandise roadmap, including product selection, pricing strategy,

vendor partnerships and brand collaborations.

  • Drive Marketing and Promotional Campaigns

Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies (online and offline) to promote merchandise

and grow public engagement.

  • Manage Sales Performance

Monitor merchandise sales across multiple platforms and optimise campaigns to meet

revenue targets.

  • Oversee Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate with licensing partners, suppliers, internal departments, and external collaborators

to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

  • Support Strategic Events and Brand Visibility

Lead merchandise planning for key events and campaigns, including internal activations and

national initiatives that contribute to public awareness and brand value.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in marketing, retail, or brand management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strategic marketing and merchandise planning.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Digital marketing tools.
