Job Purpose
To lead and drive marketing merchandise portfolio under Pride to support non-fare revenue objectives. This role ensures strategic planning, execution, and commercialisation of merchandise initiatives and meet the target set yearly.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and oversee the merchandise roadmap, including product selection, pricing strategy,
vendor partnerships and brand collaborations.
Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies (online and offline) to promote merchandise
and grow public engagement.
Monitor merchandise sales across multiple platforms and optimise campaigns to meet
revenue targets.
Coordinate with licensing partners, suppliers, internal departments, and external collaborators
to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Lead merchandise planning for key events and campaigns, including internal activations and
national initiatives that contribute to public awareness and brand value.
