1. Deal Execution & Technical Excellence
a) Financial Modelling & Valuation
- Lead valuation workstreams and ensure assumptions, inputs, and outputs meet boardready standards.
b) Transaction & Execution Leadership
- Oversee deal materials and ensure the storyline aligns with analysis and process strategy.
c) Deliverable Quality & Timeliness
- Run efficient review cycles and maintain consistently highquality, clientready deliverables.
d) Due Diligence Management
- Drive multiworkstream due diligence and translate findings into valuation, structure, and negotiation implications.
2. Project Management & Collaboration
a) Process Management & Deal Coordination
- Own the full execution plan and lead client/adviser coordination to keep workstreams aligned and moving.

- Set clear expectations and integrate team outputs into cohesive, clientready deliverables.
b) Mandated Deal Leadership
- Drive daytoday execution across mandates and maintain momentum through key phases of the deal.

a) ClientReady Materials
- Produce and review junior team members client materials aligned with the deal's narrative and strategy.
b) Commercial & Sector Insights
- Translate sector trends into actionable insights, buyer/target maps, and clear strategic implications.
c) Origination Support
- Lead pitch preparation and support opportunity qualification through strong analysis and positioning.
d) Client Relationship Management
- Manage daytoday client interactions with clarity, responsiveness, and professional judgment.

Requirement
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience
- Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) SC Modules 12 & 19.
- Experience in M&A or divestitures, including predeal due diligence and valuation.
- Strong understanding of business models, financial performance drivers, and sector dynamics.
- Ability to synthesise large amounts of information into insights and hypotheses.
- Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly establish effective working relationships.
- Experience in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM, DCM), Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Corporate Banking (with exposure to structured or acquisition financing), Big 4 Transaction Advisory (Deals, FDD, Valuation), Private Equity, or Venture Capital (analytical role).
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with exposure to due diligence processes and client-facing interactions.
