We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Middle Market Business & Portfolio Management team. This role plays a key part in monitoring portfolio performance, generating insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the commercial loan portfolio, including asset quality, growth trends, and sector exposure.
  • Identify early warning signals (e.g., delinquency trends, credit deterioration) and support risk mitigation actions.
  • Prepare and enhance portfolio dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
  • Perform data analysis on NPLs, credit migration, profitability, and concentration risks.
  • Support stress testing, scenario analysis, and portfolio forecasting.
  • Partner closely with Business (RMs), Credit Risk, and Finance teams to drive portfolio insights and performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g., Power BI, Excel, data tools).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, or portfolio analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with good understanding of loan portfolio metrics (NPL, delinquency, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
