Job Description

  • Ensure anti-attrition business is executed and achieve target retention rate for Mortgage and Personal Loan
  • Support Customer Care, Social Network, Contact Centre and Sales on credit insurance (disbursed loan) and solving mortgage complaints
  • Prepare and analyse reports (ie. AAU, Foreign Exchange (FE) Rules, Credit insurance, portfolio) to ensure compliance, portfolio review and accuracy
  • Ad hoc and Panel solicitor empanelment process and review
  • Execute mortgage related initiatives in improving end-to-end process flow
  • Manage, plan and support mortgage projects by coordinating and ensuring UAT are done timely
