Manager of Audit, Risk & Compliance (Contract)

Job Purpose

To execute implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery, Business Continuity and Environmental Management System and Corporate Governance within and throughout the HPSSB in achieving the Company's vision, mission, and corporate values.

This position is also to ensure the HPSSB is fully compliant with the Company's policies & procedures and legislative mandate initiatives through a robust audit and risk assessment of the operational practices. Prepare independent audit plans, conduct internal review, and establish audit criteria. Audit activities of diverse departments, report audit results to leadership and the Audit Committee. Recommend control measures whenever appropriate.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degrees in finance, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, Quality Management, or other related field and disciplines.
2. Professional certifications on ERM, BCM, and ISO are an added advantage.
3. 10 years working experience in ERM, BCM, Corporate Governance, Business Continuity, Investigation and Anti Bribery Management system.
4. Audit experience in an internal/external audit or business unit capacity.
5. Working experience in the retail management and property service industry is a plus.
6. Strong leadership and people management skills.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
