Job Description

1) Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant

2) Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

3) Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service and quality food

4) Manage inventory and orders to ensure adequate supplies

5) Handle customer complaints and suggestions, maintaining excellent customer relations

6) Develop and manage budgets, optimizing cost control

7) Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:


- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management is highly recommended

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation

- Professional knowledge and experience in the fnb industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,
