Functional
- Devise marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new CASA customers.
- Identify and secure partnerships for purpose for cross-selling
- Manage all aspects of the assigned segment and its various stakeholders.
- Build new services and products to fit the needs of the segment
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, webpage developers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
- Work within a budget and report any overspend. Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary. Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Administer any promotional webpage(s).
- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
- Ensure that the HLB's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with BNM, PIDM and relevant guidelines and all dealings with customers

Jobholder Requirements
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Comms or related field
- Strong marketing skills with analytical & financial background
- Good written and oral command in English and Chinese (preferably)
Experience
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of running consumer campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in managing budget plans and developing business cases
