Job Purpose
To provide visibility on the company's OKRs with reliable data, provide actionable key insights, and partner with process owners to diagnose and solve problems effectively.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities & functions this role oversee:
- Derive value driver tree: Identify key value drivers for OKRs of the company in a way that is practical for business to track and meaningful to achieve.
- Dashboard development & maintenance: Build, update, maintain operational dashboards. Act as primary functional resource for structuring data sets and fixing day-to-day visualization bugs with the support of IT.
- Performance analysis & alerting: Monitor results on dashboards to identify underperforming metrics and generate actionable key insights. Perform the initial deep-dive analysis for use in performance review meetings. Collaborate with other departments on investigating root causes and driving improvement projects when required
- Gatekeep data quality & validation: Monitor daily and weekly data inputs from business units to ensure accuracy and completeness. Actively flag missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data to process owners.
- Report Automation Support: Assist in mapping out manual reporting processes and work with IT solutions team to test and implement automated data
- System adoption & support: Provide basic training and troubleshooting to help users navigate the new dashboards.
- Operational Excellence: be a facilitator, trainer, and coach on continuous improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology
Deliverables this role produce:
- Functional & updated dashboards: Ensure the single source of truth dashboards are running smoothly, data is refreshed on schedule, and visual insights are clear and usable.
- Review with Insights: Detailed pre-read reports and drill-down analytics generated before monthly review meetings.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science
