Responsible to execute and support development initiatives that contributes towards the overall development for the digital banking platform or product enablement for products and/or services. The role entails delivering projects including planning, development, implementing, training and production support within stipulated SLA.

Functional

• UndertakingtherolesandresponsibilitiestoprojectmanagetheimplementationofproductsforDigitalBanking platforms (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or Branch Banking)

• Interpretationofbusinessneedsandtranslatethemintoapplicationandoperationalrequirements.

• Elicitrequirementsusinginterviews,documentanalysis,requirementsworkshops,surveys,sitevisits,business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis,task and workflow analysis

• Workcloselywithinternalstakeholdersi.e.:productmanagers,customerservicingchannels,operationsandITto provide an integrated channel customer experience.

• HighlightandresolveandcriticalrisksandissuesassociatedtoDigitalprojects

• Leadproduct/channeldevelopmentprojectsfrominceptiontoimplementationincludingsubmissiontorelevantparties for approval

• ContributetoanyothernewassignmentandprojectassignedbyManagementfromtimetotime.

• Researchonlatestdigitalbankingtrendsandfromtimetotimeproposenewinnovativeproductsfordigitalbanking channel.

Managerial

• Managepostimplementationsupportas2ndtiersupporttoDigitalBankingOperationteamafterprojectGo-Livefor an agreed period of time (before handover to Application Support team).

• Manage and collaborate with different team members to manage project delivery.

• EnsureDigitalBankingmeetsthebusinessobjectivesandservicelevelgoalsbydeliveringqualityprojectsontime and budget.

Education/Qualification

• DegreeHolder

Experience

• Atleast7yearsprojectmanagementexperienceespeciallyintheareaofDigitalBanking,particularlyinareaofdigital banking product development or testing

• PossessexperienceinOnlineBankingOperationsorProductdevelopmentwillbeanaddedadvantage.
