Functional (job responsibilities):
- Supervise a sales team with a span of control between 1:10 to 1:25.
- To motivate, coach and inspire team member to achieve monthly sales target.
- Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from sales executives.
- Monitor sales executives performance and review individual goal based on their performance report.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, system coaching and ensure familiarization on program specification.
- To carry out projects in a professional manner as and when required.
- Prepare, tabulate and compute sales incentive payment with accuracy to curb financial loss.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities):
- Align and support Bank's and department's vision and objectives to achieve common goals.
- Uphold and adopt and rigid approach on check and control to mitigate risk management. . Uphold the Bank's integrity and creditability at all times by carrying duties professionally.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities):
- Ensuring department controls are in place and process flows are complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
- Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.
Requirements:
- Malaysian Citizen.
- Candidate with Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in any related field.
- 2-3 years in relevant sales department.
