Responsibilities
- Oversee branch opening, relocation, and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in branch project management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for design and layout planning.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry is desirable.
