Job Description

Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Manager, Project Management Office.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor projects/initiatives/Corporate KPI under the Project Management portfolio.
  2. Manage project/initiative for improvement of process/system and any assignment within department.
  3. Providing guidance to Project Managers and Project Team members based on Project Management Procedures including issues resolution and facilitate the project implementation.
  4. Reporting the status of the projects/ initiatives as mandated by SME Bank's Board of Directors as per standard best-practice project delivery approach including highlighting the issues and risks as when required.
  5. Ensuring the projects are implemented as planned and provide guidance on the escalation management to resolve conflict between projects and departments within the organization.
  6. Reporting Corporate KPI achievement to the Management and Board of Directors on regular basis.
  7. Establishing and maintaining effective communication tools to ensure all stakeholders are fully informed and engaged.
  8. Any other tasks that are assigned by the Head, Project Management Office.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in relevant disciplines.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management function, as project manager/project team member/project support/PMO.
  3. Technical skills required: Microsoft Excel for planning and monitoring work/project plans, budgeting, etc.
  4. Able to provide guidance on multiple initiatives and projects, concurrently.
