Key Responsibilities
- Hold end-to-end accountability for the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group financial statements and management reporting packs, including dashboards and variance analysis for senior leadership.
- Lead the execution and review of IFRS Group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, capital consolidation, non-controlling interests, deferred taxes, and first-time consolidations.
- Oversee the preparation and validation of management, statutory, and regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the Group reporting calendar, ensuring timely, accurate, and standardized submissions across all business units and geographies.
- Ensure data integrity across ERP systems, consolidation tools, and BI platforms, investigating anomalies and driving corrective actions.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, including performance trends, forecasts, and variance explanations, delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Design and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks, aligning with FP&A and Accounting to ensure consistent metrics and definitions.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across closing, consolidation, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and governance standards, maintaining a strong control environment.
- Act as a key liaison for external auditors, Group HQ, and international subsidiaries, supporting audits and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Financial Reporting and Consolidation team, ensuring quality outputs and professional growth.
Knowledge & Attributes
- Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), consolidation tools (Hyperion/OneStream), and BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and foster collaboration across functions.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Preferred: CPA/CMA or equivalent; experience with BI/data analytics tools.
- BPC/ SAP
Required Experience
- 5–7 years in financial reporting or FP&A within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Experience managing small teams and driving reporting process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and reporting systems.
