Job Description:
- Motivate and lead the project sales team to achieve a monthly sales target.
- Ensure at least 70% of the sales team consistently achieves their monthly sales targets.
- Evaluate and guide sales personnel to achieve their monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Manage sales galleries to ensure they are maintained in a good and presentable condition.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes by the team, fostering a compliant and efficient sales environment.
- Assess the monthly performance of sales personnel and provide constructive feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and signed sales targets for projects.
- Analyze and address issues with leads to ensure appropriate solutions between Sales & Marketing team.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
- Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to deliver the desired sales results and enhance their skills.
- Ensure all sales team's leads are attended to promptly and effectively.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in theproperty industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly recommend solutions when problems arise.
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficient in managing sales operations and ensuring compliance with processes.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
