Job Summary:
This position is responsible for driving sales growth through digital channels, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and enhancing brand visibility. The role leverages digital tools, sales, and marketing strategies with key business partners to increase digital sales conversions, particularly in the auto loan segment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Dealer and Partner Digital Engagement.
- Promote the adoption of digital sales tools among automotive marketplaces and dealers to expand reach
- Build strategic alliances with automotive platforms to boost brand visibility and loan applications.
- Optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
2. Marketing campaign
- Launch marketing campaigns with business partners to increase digital sales.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor digital strategies to stay ahead of industry developments.
3. Digital Sales & marketing Compliance
- Ensure all digital acquisition activities comply with regulatory and internal risk policies.
- Ensure digital marketing and onboarding adhere to financial industry guidelines.
