Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales promotion measures including tracking of effectiveness as brand function (BMW Automobile) in alignment with NSC-F towards NSC-V and relevant NSC departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring the production supply to achieve the volume targets as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards NSC-V, CM-Cx-NSC and CS-40.
  • Responsible for monthly dealer quota planning and volume steering across all customer groups as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards NSC-V, Sales Area managers and CM-Cx-NSC.
  • Responsible for volume planning, volume reporting and sales management as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards the local Board of Management, CM-Cx-NSC and CS-4.
  • Responsible for ordering and processing all direct sales channels as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards CM-Cx-NSC, CS-4 and the sales functions NSC-V-x (if available in the market).
  • Responsible for (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting of volume data as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards CS-3 and relevant NSC departments.
  • Responsible for the management of the ordering processes as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards CS-4, TV-4, relevant NSC departments and dealer organization.
  • Order scheduling and quota distribution as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards field force, relevant NSC departments, TV-4 and dealer organization.
  • Reporting internally and towards headquarter about generally applicable tools and methods as brand function (BMW Automobile).
  • Developing dealer volume targets as brand function (BMW Automobile) towards field force and dealer organization.
  • Developing measures for sales promotion including measuring of effectiveness for BMW Automobile as brand function (BMW Automobile) in alignment with NSC-F towards relevant NSC departments.
  • Planning and steering the production as well as retail / wholesale / vehicle registration volume across all sales channels as brand function (BMW Automobile) and service provider (MINI) towards relevant NSC departments / C3 / CS40.



Qualifications

  • Degree in Business administration, logistics management, finance or equivalent.
  • Demonstration of leadership roles with a minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive industry, FMCG or supply chain management.
  • Analytical skills, communication skills, meticulousness, honesty, business acumen.
  • Proficient in Computer skills (for example MS Team, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
