Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering and Recruitment

  • Collaborate within HR and with other business functions to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges
  • Consult with business leaders on people-related strategies and execution
  • Implement effective HR strategies and provide holistic perspective on talent alignment to the business strategy, with a focus on recruitment and talent development
  • Drive effective performance management, recognition and career development programmes through partnership within HR and with the business leaders
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the Malaysia office
  • Provide insightful people data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience with Workday is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational levels
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output
  • Team player with strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude, with resilience and stamina to execute amidst ambiguity
