Duties & Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering and Recruitment
- Collaborate within HR and with other business functions to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges
- Consult with business leaders on people-related strategies and execution
- Implement effective HR strategies and provide holistic perspective on talent alignment to the business strategy, with a focus on recruitment and talent development
- Drive effective performance management, recognition and career development programmes through partnership within HR and with the business leaders
- Lead recruitment efforts for the Malaysia office
- Provide insightful people data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience with Workday is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational levels
- Ability to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output
- Team player with strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Positive can-do attitude, with resilience and stamina to execute amidst ambiguity
