Job Description
Position Overview
As the Overseas HRSSC Expert, you will be a core member of the Group's Overseas HR Shared Service Center, responsible for the overall planning and execution of cross-regional HR operations, driving service standardization, process intelligence, and continuous improvement of employee experience. You will leverage AI capabilities to reshape HR service processes and drive the team's transformation toward an AI Native model.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations & Service Excellence: Take full ownership of end-to-end HR shared service operations across overseas HRSSC, establish and continuously optimize service delivery standards (SLA/OKR), ensuring service quality and consistency across regions and scenarios.
- Employee Experience Design and optimize service touchpoints across the full employee lifecycle ā onboarding, employment, and offboarding ā from an employee journey perspective, continuously improving employee satisfaction and service perception.
- Process Optimization & AI-Driven Innovation: Continuously review and optimize core HRSSC processes, deeply integrate AI capabilities (such as automated approval workflows, smart data analytics, etc.) to drive operational efficiency, and propel the transformation of HR services from traditional models to AI Native, achieving significant improvements in service efficiency and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners including HRBP, COE, Product & Technology teams, Legal & Compliance, ensuring HRSSC services are aligned with business strategy and driving collaborative resolution of complex issues.
- Domain Expertise: Serve as a domain expert in overseas HR operations, providing professional support to regions in policy interpretation, process design, system configuration, etc., ensuring operational compliance and best practice implementation.
- Industry Insight: Continuously monitor global HR shared service trends, technologies, and best practices, translating industry insights into actionable optimization plans, keeping the team at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; Human Resources major preferred; 7+ years of HR operations experience with multi-region overseas operations background preferred
- Familiarity with core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, payroll, benefits, work visas, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with project management experience and the ability to deliver efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
- AI-minded, familiar with mainstream AI capabilities (such as LLMs, RPA, AI-driven data analytics, etc.); able to identify AI application opportunities within HR processes and drive complete closed-loop implementation from concept to deployment; prior experience in driving AI implementation in HR scenarios preferred
