Manager/Senior Manager, Business Process Analyst Supply Chain

Position Summary:

The Manager / Senior Manager, Business Process Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for leading strategic process improvement initiatives across global supply chain functions. This role drives operational excellence by analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end planning, logistics, and fulfillment processes. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, efficient, and digital transformation of supply chain operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and mentor a team of business process analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead the analysis and redesign of supply chain processes to improve agility, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for process documentation and ownership.
  • Lead / Collaborate with cross functional business teams and IT teams to identify and deliver strategic projects in line with business objectives.
  • Coordinate system enhancement projects from requirement gathering to go-live. Ensure business requirements are clearly understood by the technical team, developed meaningful test scenarios and execute user acceptance test. Communicates final functionality to end-users and conduct training where needed.
  • Develop as-is and to-be process maps, gap analyses, and improvement roadmaps.
  • Partner with IT to ensure process changes are supported by system capabilities and digital tools.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of new processes.
  • First line of defense for Supply Chain end users on day-to-day system / process issues.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAPWM(Warehouse Management), MM (material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, S&OP, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align process initiatives with supply chain goals.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commitment, sense of responsibility/ownership, results oriented and ability to adapt to changes quickly in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business process mapping, designs, master data preparation and data visualization.
  • Project management skills

Education (Minimum Level)

  • Bachelor's

Field of Study

  • Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines

Years of Experience (Minimum)

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain process analysis, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
