Your Mission

1. Programme Implementation & Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery of smallholder programmes including trainings, pilots, and services
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and partner collaboration across regions

2. Smallholder Engagement & Capacity Building

  • Engage and onboard smallholders into programmes and supply chains
  • Conduct trainings and awareness sessions on sustainability (e.g. NDPE, traceability, certification)
  • Facilitate access to agronomic support and value-added services

3. Traceability, Compliance & Data Management

  • Collect and validate data to strengthen traceability systems
  • Monitor compliance with sustainability standards (e.g. RSPO P&C)
  • Maintain accurate databases to support reporting and audits

4. Monitoring, Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Track programme performance, impact, and key metrics
  • Prepare reports on operational and sustainability outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as liaison between Sustainability and OCP teams
  • Align smallholder initiatives with operational and commercial objectives
  • Support implementation of targeted interventions at mill level

Ideal Candidate

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Environmental Management, Business, Engineering, Economics or Agriculture Management
  • 5-8 years of experience in sustainability, agriculture, supply chain or related programme management roles
  • Experience working with smallholders, rural communities or supplier engagement programmes is preferred
  • Ability to coordinate programmes and manage stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of sustainability, traceability and certification standards (eg. RSPO/MSPO)
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and practical mindset to engage both field and corporate stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work independently in rural and remote areas
