Your Impact

We are looking for a technically strong Software Development Manager to lead a team building scalable enterprise software. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people development, predictable delivery and engineering excellence. This role is ideal for a leader with deep Core Java and Spring Boot expertise who is ready to help shape practical adoption of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

What The Role Offers

• Lead, coach and develop a software engineering team while creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, inclusion and continuous learning.
• Drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
• Guide architecture, technical decisions, design and code reviews, engineering standards and resolution of complex production issues.
• Turn product priorities into realistic plans, milestones and deliverables within Agile/Scrum practices.
• Partner with Product, QA, Architecture and Engineering stakeholders; communicate progress, risks, dependencies and technical challenges clearly.
• Balance team capacity across new features, technical debt, defects, production support and innovation.
• Strengthen engineering quality through unit testing, automation, CI/CD, code coverage, root-cause analysis and release-readiness practices.
• Identify responsible, high-value opportunities for AI-assisted engineering and AI-enabled product capabilities.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices and enterprise application development.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, databases, distributed systems, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience leading or managing software engineering teams, including coaching, mentoring and talent development.
• Proven ability to plan delivery, manage capacity, identify risks and make sound technical and execution decisions.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI and LLM concepts, with the ability to assess practical enterprise use cases.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI agents or agentic workflows, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, including training and inference, model evaluation, data preprocessing and MLOps concepts.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
