Responsible in SRD's day-to-day operational workflows and ensures the effective maintenance, stability and continuous improvement of all related systems to support seamless business operations.
Lead planogram maintenance and database updates for merchandising and display.
Assist Category Managers with space productivity analysis and input to range reviews.
Conduct SKU/store performance analysis to support display decisions.
Work with suppliers to adjust planograms and improve shopper experience.
Participate in store category revamps, display projects, and adjacency optimisation.
Contribute to planogram SOP development and agency coordination.
Support SAP transitions and BI/reporting setup for space data.
Key Requirement
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 45 years of experience in retail space planning, merchandising, or a related function.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable space planning insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Exposure to SAP System, Power BI and/or Tableau is an advantage for data visualization and reporting.
Experience with planogram software (e.g. Spaceman) is preferred.
Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with category teams, suppliers, and agencies.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
