Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible in SRD's day-to-day operational workflows and ensures the effective maintenance, stability and continuous improvement of all related systems to support seamless business operations.
  • Lead planogram maintenance and database updates for merchandising and display.
  • Assist Category Managers with space productivity analysis and input to range reviews.
  • Conduct SKU/store performance analysis to support display decisions.
  • Work with suppliers to adjust planograms and improve shopper experience.
  • Participate in store category revamps, display projects, and adjacency optimisation.
  • Contribute to planogram SOP development and agency coordination.
  • Support SAP transitions and BI/reporting setup for space data.

Key Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in retail space planning, merchandising, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable space planning insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to SAP System, Power BI and/or Tableau is an advantage for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with planogram software (e.g. Spaceman) is preferred.
  • Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with category teams, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
