Manager/Sr Manager Legal

The position will support business operations across the wind turbine manufacturing and BESS supply and contract lifecycle—covering contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, compliance oversight, and dispute/litigation management—to safeguard the company's commercial and regulatory interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate turbine supply, O&M, procurement, subcontracting, NDAs, MoUs, consortium and service contracts

• Evaluate legal risks and propose commercially sound solutions

Legal Advisory

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, SCM, Project Execution, HR, and Finance

• Provide guidance on land acquisition, licensing, environment, and renewable energy regulations

Compliance

• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance across manufacturing, construction, labor and safety laws

• Support company policies including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and governance frameworks

Litigation/Dispute Management

• Manage claims, arbitration, commercial disputes, and litigation with external counsel

• Support contract enforcement and settlement strategies

Qualification & Experience

• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution

• 8-10 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law

• Preferably experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / EPC industries
