Manager, Strategic Transformation

Job Purpose

• Responsible in providing support in terms of project identification, selection, prioritisation and execution of initiatives that are in line with the company's transformation journey from being a pure-play property developer towards becoming a sustainable real estate company

Job Responsibilities

• Identify initiatives that are aligned with the company's strategy
• Evaluate transformation initiatives/business opportunities by analysing business problems, conducting market research and preparing financial models
• Provide advisory/consultancy services to project teams
• Work with business units to drive and monitor implementation of strategic / transformation projects
• Implement program delivery control by coordinating with respective workstream and team
• Continuously identify roadblocks or delays in delivering initiatives and formulating action plans needed enable course correction
• Assist in quantifying and validating benefits from initiatives
• Enable program performance transparency by providing updates to senior management
• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure delivery of initiatives and to enable change management

Education/ Professional Qualification

Degree in Accounting / Finance / Management / Real Estate or related discipline.

Professional qualification (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an added advantage.

Professional Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Corporate Finance or Business Transformation.
