Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of SME and contractor clients for power tools and accessories.
  • Leverage your existing client base to drive immediate conversions to EMTOP products.
  • Develop B2B proposals and pricing structures tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct cold calls, sales visits, demos, and presentations to win new business.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to align offers and drive repeat purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and account performance.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve our product-market fit and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in power tools, industrial supplies, hardware sectors, or similar.
  • Strong network of SME contractors and professionals in construction, woodworking, or automotive sectors.
  • Proven ability to independently drive sales from cold outreach to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills fluent in conversing in Malay and Mandarin
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally and engage directly with client.
