Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, Talent Development & Staff Engagement to lead our internal staff development programs. This role is crucial in driving talent growth and fostering an engaging workplace culture. If you have a strong background in HR or Talent Development and a knack for designing impactful employee programs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs aligned with Elsa's strategic goals.
  • Identify skills gaps and design training modules to enhance staff performance and engagement.
  • Partner with department heads to understand team needs and customize development strategies.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve Elsa's talent strategies.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Development / Human Resource or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing employee development programs.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A deep passion for nurturing talent and driving organizational success.
