We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Lead to oversee and enhance our total rewards framework, drive policy standardization, and lead performance management across the Group.

Compensation & Benefits
- Implement and administer standardized C&B programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and cost effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive benefits data analysis to support decision-making and optimization.
- Lead C&B projects such as policy harmonization, job grading, and salary structure reviews using recognized frameworks (e.g., Hays, Mercer).
- Review and propose standardization of employee benefits, such as mileage, petrol, medical, entertainment claims, etc.
- Review, analyze, and propose the best GHS (Group Hospitalization & Surgical) and GPA (Group Personal Accident) insurance packages for the Group.
- Conduct cost analysis and SWOT assessments for all benefit-related proposals.
Performance Management
- Design and manage the performance appraisal process aligned with the company's strategic and talent goals.
- Monitor and update performance tools, guidelines, and communications across business units.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide decisions and enhance productivity.
- Guide HRBPs on performance-related matters including goal setting, evaluations, and action planning.
- Champion performance culture and continuously improve performance management practices.
- Prepare and present performance status reports for leadership review.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a group or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of C&B analytics, salary structure, and performance frameworks.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hays, Mercer) is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
