Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Total Rewards at Daythree in Petaling Jaya. The Manager Total Rewards will be responsible for compensation planning, job evaluation, benefits administration, and overseeing compensation & benefits management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
