Job Purpose
To manage and support the Bank's rewards function, including compensation management, benefits, annual salary review, bonus exercise, market benchmarking, rewards analytics and rewards governance. The role supports the Head, Strategy & Rewards in ensuring that the Bank's rewards practices are competitive, fair, cost-effective, properly governed and aligned with the Bank's business strategy, people strategy and approved budget.
